The fundamental question is - who you really are? This question is repeatedly asked by those who want a new way of life. You may be a bus driver, a fireman, a rich man, a poor man, etc. that is your occupation but not who you really are. It is not your essence; the celestial you. The question of who you really are can be approached as a theoretical question, though; the response would necessitate observing more intensely into yourself.
On the road to attain a growing, one might have to go into profound meditation. Many may advise a dissimilar method though. The aforementioned is also meditation but more of a complex reflection. Observing carefully the internal mechanisms of your observance would be a dissimilar tactic but can be real like meditation. You are a third-party onlooker to your thoughts which is a great exercise of splitting yourself from your thoughts, thus, leading you to finding out who you really are and what your purpose in this life is.
Methods may be different but what is significant is that you are meditating on what is happening now. This understanding will not come if you keep bringing up the past nor will it happen if you think about the future too much. Meditating and concentrating on your thoughts at this very minute or second would be the correct way to go. It is important you don't think about past adventures, previous engagements, your college years, etc. during meditation. It is vital that you think of the present; think of the way you exist at this very moment. Detect what you are at that this moment and spiritual awareness might come quickly or it might take some time. Though, you might need more endurance and keep trying to get something out of the exercise.
However, you could insist on leaving everything as they come and dealing with them as they enter your consciousness. Everything is part of your reality. Fighting them is like fighting part of yourself. Everything is happening now and not paying much attention to them will not help. Most peop! le insis t on not delaying those feelings.
It is important that you continue to feel peaceful. Observe the moment and keep coming back to that moment. Remember to leave everything behind you and pay attention to the moment. The fact is it is vital that you always pay attention to the moment. Do not worry if you unexpectedly find yourself drifting from your meditative mood, go back to that moment where you are at peace with yourself.
Spiritual awakening is certainly the solution, but you have to remember, it might not come instantaneously to you while it comes instantly to others. The fact is you need to be patient if you belong to that crowd that spiritual awareness does not come effortlessly to.

The mind is quite complicated and very simple to understand at the same time. The mind is the spiritual part of you and is in every cell of your being, (physical body). The mind is not just in your head as many believe but in every cell in your entire body. The mind won't normally work without the brain and the brain won't function properly without the mind. It is pure energy which leaves and returns home when the physical body dies. Home is where you came from, with your heavenly Father. In every cell of your being, has its own intelligence. You have 2 very distinct levels of consciousness or 2 modes of thinking. You have the physical consciousness which you use on a daily basis to decide, think, make choices, what to do, where to go, think things through, etc. Your physical consciousness has what we call a critical factor. It is always arguing with you. It can be your worst enemy, feeding you negative thoughts randomly and constantly, flooding your mind with past negative events, conversations, worries about the future, etc. if you allow it to do so. It's really just a choice. You are in control of the physical consciousness if you choose to be. The brain wave activity as seen on an EEG would be small, rapid lines, going up and down, close together, like a lot of W's hooked together. This mode of thinking does not allow new information to come in easily so it's more difficult to learn or change habits, the more tense and stressed you are. Your higher consciousness or super-consciousness or higher self, once was known as the sub-consciousness, does not have a critical factor and will accept whatever you put in it, good or bad. The super-conscious mind or 'sub-conscious' never shuts down anymore than the heart does. This mode of thinking responds to every thought you think, every word you say and hear, which causes the vitals of the physical body to also respond. When you are in a relaxed state, with your eyes closed, like before you go to sleep, upon awakening from sleep or in meditation or hy! pnosis, your brain wave activity would show up on the screen of an EEG of large fluctuations of energy to the brain, also known as an altered state of mind. This state is natural and happens automatically when relaxing. The lines would go up and down but with more space between the lines, more like large U's and ?'s together flowing slowly which allow new programming to come in which is why hypnosis is so effective. It was once believed that a person in a comatose state, was "unconscious". Only the physical state of mind had drifted to the point the person is unable to respond physically. They can't open their eyes or talk but their mind is responding to every word it hears. Every cell of that being, the body will respond to every word it hears, even when they're in a coma. Telling that person they are getting better and better everyday will become a reality. The mind is so incredibly powerful, it can and will do miraculous things when commanded to do so. It starts with the physical mind, repeating something you want to be true. Thinking and talking about it, even if it is only to yourself, frequently, daily, with emotion as if it is already true. The more determined you are to achieve it, the faster it works. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it will achieve, no matter what. A belief is a chronic pattern of thought. If you hear something enough times, don't you start believing it? Hear yourself tell it the way you want it to be only be sure to feel it with emotion as if it is already true. Emotion plays a key role in creating your reality, which is what you're doing when you start commanding your mind to believe something you presently don't believe. There is a web of energy that runs into and through everything here in this world. This web of energy responds to our emotions and thoughts and is directly connected to our mind. This energy within us called the spirit within, the spiritual part of us, the mind, is part of the web of energy that runs through and into everything or also known as Source En! ergy or God. Depending on who is referring to this energy, depends on what it is called. However, there is only one power in this world and we are all a part of it, call it what you want. There is vast written documentation of testimonies from people all over the world who have applied this strategy of using their mind to achieve something with nothing less than 100% success. One example I read about was a 34 yr old woman, who had 3 small children. She was shocked to learn her dad died of heart failure at the age of 56. He had a hereditary heart problem. She was exhausted all the time and was told she too could have what her dad did. Results of tests showed she had serious heart problems and could die any time. She saw the results with her own eyes and believed what she saw and heard. She was put on a waiting list to receive a heart from a heart donor. She had also just learned about the Universal Law of Attraction and how powerful the mind can be when you command it to achieve something. She stood looking at herself in the mirror every morning and every evening, placing her hand over her heart, saying to herself, 'I have a perfectly normal, strong, healthy heart now and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you God for my good, strong healthy heart.' She did this repeatedly for several minutes, twice a day. She said she felt stupid doing this at first, knowing how bad her heart really was. After about 2 weeks of doing this exercise religiously, she started feeling different when she said it. It made her feel good and she started getting excited about it when she did this. She also noticed she wasn't exhausted as usual. After a couple of months, she was feeling pretty good and her excitement was growing as she performed her little exercise. She did it now with real enthusiasm, feeling her vibrational frequency raise and was very happy and feeling energetic and good. The doctor called to announce they had a donor and she would soon have a new heart. She requested to have the tests run again instead, because sh! e believ ed she was well and had a good strong heart now. They did and she did in fact have a perfectly normal, strong and healthy heart. Anyone can command their mind to do something they truly want to achieve but know that if it is anything that goes against man, nature or God, it will only go against the person who commanded it. The command should always be positive and only positive and said in the present tense as if it has already come to be. I've witnessed people healing themselves through hypnosis when all common sense would say that couldn't be. Achieving something through the power of the mind is when we call it a miracle.

THE INVISIBLE PLANE
All illness and disease is thus the result of the misuse of Spiritual Laws and the lack of spiritual understanding. We are spiritual soul's not physical bodies!
The conscious mind of man, in its measurement and numbers, is scarcely capable of dealing with the Infinite.
Despite conceptual inadequacies science has proven that every physical law of the Universe has a corresponding spiritual law.
There have been in the records of history, many enlightened men, teachers, scientists, spiritual advisers, and poets, and each of them had one thing to say in common: there is a great medium of mind and intelligence that is in and surrounds every human being. This intelligence is all-intelligence and knows and does everything. It is called God. This intelligent God, is an eternal creator, creating that which the mind of man thinks.
What are you creating with your thoughts right now? When you think of illness, sickness or the Big C----- (I will not even write if for in doing so I strengthen it) you create more of it.
When you think how poor and unhappy you are you simply create more poverty and unhappiness.
The basic Laws of Spiritual Quantum Physics tell us "you create what you think about!"
It is this invisible plane of human existence, the mind and its thoughts that offers the greatest challenge and also the greatest hope for mankind.
The Age of Aquarius and its paradigm of the Laws of Spiritual Quantum Physics have given us a methodology that we can use to understand and control the invisible plane of existence.
To shut down negativity on a world wide scale we would have to shut down all negative materialistic machines of spiritual destruction.
We would have to shut down TV's, Hollywood, newspapers, politicians, preachers, doctors, schools etc. They all create fearful negative chaos with their non-spiritual materialistic viewpoint and agendas.
We have to understand that even though we do not wish to thi! nk negat ive, hateful, fearful thoughts we are all connected in a fishbowl environment on the invisible plane (Quantum Ocean).
So whether we like it or not these negative thoughts are passing through our auras 24/7.
To go a step further even though we turn the TV off, not read a newspaper or listen to a politicians lies they enter us like thieves in the night though the connections on the invisible plane.
To bring peace, harmony, joy to the planet each of these negative thought producing machines must be shut down.
But that is mere wishful thinking for it may never happen. Too many powerful forces hold them in place.
Therefore it is us to each one of us who seek freedom from these negative thoughts to insulate ourselves.
We must build ourselves an insulated diving bell or diving suit while in the fishbowl.
We are born one-by-one; we evolve or devolve one-by-one and one by one we pass on and reincarnate.
Here is a thought for you given to us by the new paradigm of the Laws of Spiritual Quantum Physics:
If everyone on the planet stopped thinking about the Golden Gate Bridge and If there were no pictures or photos anywhere; and if there were no cars or trucks on it and it was not in the mind of one single person; nor in one book it would blink off the physical world and back into the Quantum Ocean. It would no longer exist on our planet.
Think what would happen if we applied this to the Big C-----. It too would no longer exist on the physical plane.
Time to think new thoughts!

Buddhism really wants us to withdraw from the consensus reality as much as we can manage.
Imagine that you are living alone in a small cabin in an old growth forest with enough supplies to last for more than three months.  There is nothing around you to keep reinforcing the consensus reality.  Then comes a huge dose of stillness.  You might even be able to hear your ears buzz.

The city's Dong Khanh girl's school gained a reputation as the most prestigious school for young aristocratic women in the country.

Today, I thought of leaving you with some thoughts around spirituality, read them and see if these thoughts can lead you to your inner self:
Morning thought:
If we say that 'we will die' this means we exist now. If we say that 'we will not die' even now we exist. But if we say that 'nobody dies and nobody exists; now we are on the right track and we lose our existence. This is the right frame of belief. One, who does not exist in the first place, cannot die, therefore, saying we are immortal is also wrong. Super conscious is beyond Time and Space and both mortal and immortal beings are in time and space. So, your inner self is not in time and space therefore you are neither mortal nor immortal, you do not exist at all.
Afternoon thought:
Atheists say that we will die one day and there is no after death life or souls. Religious people say, we will never die because we have soul which is immortal. Enlightened people say that we cannot die because we do not exist in the first place. Now it is up to us, whether we want to be atheist, religious or enlightened.
Evening thought:
Sleeping without dreaming is a stage of nothingness, when you do not exist, however, this blissful state happened without your effort or will. But when this state is attained with will doing meditation, it is enlightenment. The state of nothingness is attained by removing all thoughts from head, all stiffness in body and all belief in existence.
Night Thought:
Human is nothing but a bundle of beliefs that are created at the conscious level and stored at subconscious level and experienced by body. This bundle is wrapped around Super conscious which is untouched by any of these.The conscious mind does what it has learnt from experiences and environment, Sub-conscious mind does what gets stored in it thorugh repetitive actions and conscious mind. Finally, super conscious is a part of whole existence which has a basic nature of being happy and peaceful

Yoga is a generic term for the various spiritual disciplines in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is practiced throughout South Asia.
